Cece Peer

Cece joined Pella in 2025, bringing with her a strong foundation in sales and leadership built through Sherwin-Williams’ top management and sales training program. She holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati, where she developed the academic and professional skills that continue to shape her success today. 

Cece enjoys being a trusted partner to builders, contractors and architects—collaborating on projects, solving problems and building long-term relationships that make a lasting impact. When she’s not working, you can find her working out, golfing or exploring new restaurants in the community. She also has a hidden talent for cooking and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen.
